When submitting for a quote request please fill out as much about the project as you know by
following the design guidelines listed below. If there are any other key features that you
feel are important please include them in the comments section. One of our design team members
will contact you to go over your request and arrange a site visit for your landscaping project.
General Landscape:
- Rear yard access to job locations needs a minimum of five feet, please include access with minimum distances as quote price is affected.
- All grade changes need to be measured for retaining walls and steps
- Removal of existing asphalt, interlock, trees and plant beds should be included
Retaining walls:
- Measure the height of the wall(s) required and total length. If the wall varies in height please include an average.
- Indicate if the wall is straight or curved
Pavers/Interlock:
- Price of pavers is affected by the overall square footage, amount of cutting required, edge restraint, access, soil type, pattern and the specific type of interlock.
Natural Stone:
- These are determined by dry or wet lay, square cut stone or random cut, amount of cutting required, access and the type of stone.
Woodwork:
- There are many types of wood work such as fences, decks, steps, trellises but overall the price is affected by material choices (cedar, pressure treated, composites) and design
