Requesting a Landscaping Quote
You can contact us by requesting a quote on our website. The more detailed you can make your request the better, and you have ability to attach files of your home and designs. We recommend that you look through the galleries on our website, as they contain many examples of what we can do for you including sample design plans and before/after images.

Heritage Stoneworks believe that strong landscape designs are accomplished through careful listening and observation. When we have our first meeting at our design room:

Landscaping Goes Green

Proposal
After discussing your specific wishes, we will prepare a detailed proposal for your landscaping design and submit it for your approval. When you return the signed and approved proposal we will kick things into gear and start the landscape design plan.
Landscape Site Survey
We’ll revisit your project site in order to measure, photograph and take notes in order to prepare a base plan upon which your landscape design will be developed. If possible we will also attempt to collect a site survey and house plans from your builder or architect.
Conceptual Landscape Design Plan
A conceptual plan is an illustration that addresses all of the ideas and requirements discussed at our first design consultation. We utilize a combination of hand-rendered and computer generated (CAD) drawings to create your conceptual design. Our Design team and Project Managers will ensure that small details will not get overlooked. We will revise the plans based on your feedback and as a Heritage Stoneworks customer you will always approve a CAD design before we start construction, this ensures that you get exactly what you want and it avoids confusion during construction.
It’s worth noting that we are also able to offer design plans and computer images as a separate service, even if you do not choose our company for your project or if you choose to phase your project.
Final Master Plan
On the most involved end, your landscape project may require a detailed master plan. Often this is the case when there are multiple moving parts in a project. This could for example be a swimming pool, patio, deck, grading and drainage, planting, lighting etc. As necessary, we coordinate with your architect, and builder to develop a Master Plan and to secure any permits you may need.
Landscape Construction & Planting
When we have agreed on a final plan we will commence construction, naturally also taking care of any demolition and any clearing that needs to take place first. Our teams are highly skilled and each year they attend several seminars to ensure that they are up to date with the best products and practices. The Heritage Stoneworks team combined has 153 years experience in the field. This all helps ensure that every job is done right and that you have the right hands and proper skills on deck to make your landscape dreams come true.
Landscape Maintenance
Our working relationship does not have to end when we turn over your brand new outdoor living space. Here at Heritage Stoneworks we also offer landscape maintenance services. Our clients include everything from multi acre commercial to single family residential properties (and everything in-between).
