Heritage Stoneworks has a wide variety of team members that have skills in many trades. With many of our foremen having over 15 years experience in their field and returning every year to help our company grow, there is no question that you are going to have the right hands and proper skills to make your dream landscape come true.

Management Team:

Dietmar Bischoff, President
After graduating from Conestoga Colleges Civil Engineering program, Dietmar worked in Germany as a Project Manager for a large construction/engineer firm before starting Heritage Stoneworks in 1985. Dietmar has made running a successful landscape business for over twenty five years look easy. “Employing excellent staff as well as attention to detail is key!”

Richard Steinkraus, General Manager
Heritage Stoneworks had employed Richard as a student laborer during high school and his college years. After graduating from Fanshawe College Architecture Technologies, Richard continued his education in design firms in Ottawa and Toronto. Richard returned to Heritage Stoneworks in March of 2000 to help develop our company into a design build leader.

Cameron Gilmore, Designer
Cameron joined the Heritage Stoneworks team in April of 2009 while on a work term from Fanshawe Colleges Landscape Design program. He spent the summer working in many parts of the company to help understand the inner working of a successful business. After returning to school that fall Cameron returned in 2010 after graduating to be hired full time in the office, bringing with him a wide knowledge of design programs from CAD software to 3D renderings.
