Stone Patio

Project goals as determined with Home Owner:

• Repair existing concrete pool and new equipment
• Provide a pool shed and storage area
• Installation of a pool patio and walkway to match style of house
• Open up rear yard to river view while retaining privacy
• New wooden deck off kitchen area for dining

The Results

• Concrete pool tile repaired, new coping stone, new supply and return lines for pool, new pool equipment and storage shed
• Removed all trees, shrubs, interlocking, wooden deck and retainers
• Supplied new flagstone patio, steps and walkway, new retaining wall in armour stone and drywall Wiarton wallstone
• Regrade soil around pool to appear sunken and removed need for railing at deck
• Installed iron fence around pool and privacy panel along property line
